If you are unsure how chiropractic care may help you, we offer a no-charge consultation to discuss your health concerns. Allow 45 minutes for your first visit.  Your first visit may entail some or all of the following:

A No-Charge consultation: After reviewing your health history, we will meet with you to discuss your problems and determine if chiropractic care may be beneficial to you.

If your condition is one which chiropractic may help, an initial examination will be performed.

Physical examination: After the initial consultation, we will perform a physical examination including postural evaluation, neurological and orthopedic testing, and range of motion measurements.

X-rays: X-rays of your spine may be taken depending on the consultation and examination findings.

A chiropractic adjustment: If you are in acute pain, a chiropractic spinal adjustment may be performed during your first visit.

A report of findings: A 30-minute report of findings will be scheduled for another day to discuss the results of the examination, look at the X-rays (if taken), and plan any future chiropractic care.  This is a good time to bring more questions about chiropractic care and ways to improve your health
